The New York City Waterfalls

Stumbled upon this while reading about the Banksy piece that turned out to not be a Banksy piece today.

Artist Olafur Eliasson, know for his previous work in the London Tate Modern, will be installing man made waterfalls along the East River.

Wikipedia has this to say:

"Eliasson has been commissioned by The Public Art Fund and New York City to create four man-made waterfalls, ranging in a height from 90 - 120 ft, in New York Harbor. The installation will run from mid-July to mid-October 2008."
