How I Spent My Wednesday/Thursday @ Work
[Picture Removed Due to Security Concerns]
Yesterday, I had to go to the new Greystone Psychiatric Hospital that my company has built just down the road from the famed spooky old Greystone of yore.
I always wanted to go check out the old one and do some photo exploration. I think that might be frowned upon now that my company counts them as one of their customers.
The purpose of my time here the past 2 days has been to test the security systems that appear at all the nurse's stations throughout the facility. It's pretty boring.
What's really weird is having to walk around the facility. I'm sure it would be creepier were there patients here, but it's kind of creepy in another way.
Yesterday, the project exec took me aside to see one of the "comfort rooms". Basically, it's a padded room. Weird...
The attached photo is my view from the nurse's station here.

Wow, that's pretty neat. I'd like to see pictures of the spooky Greystone of yore. Get on that. Also, the padded room being called a "comfort room"? Yikes.
